Shyamji Exchange — Business Requirements Document

The Authentication module governs how users create an account, sign in, explore the platform via a demo account, and recover access. It is the entry point to all platform features.

1.1 Sign Up

Purpose

Allows a new user to create an account using a username, password, referral code and phone number verified by OTP.

1.2 Sign In

Purpose

Allows registered users to securely log in, and lets prospects try the platform instantly via Demo Login without registering.

1.3 Demo Login

Purpose

Allows visitors to explore the full platform without creating an account. Demo users receive a virtual wallet and cannot perform real-money transactions.

Dashboard indicators

Demo user shows a generic label ("Demo User") in place of a username, with a virtual balance clearly visible in the header wallet summary.

1.4 Forgot Username / Password

Purpose

Allows users to recover their username or reset their password using their registered phone number.

The Home Dashboard is the landing page after login. It surfaces promotional banners, top sports events, casino highlights and trending games, and gives quick access to every wallet action.

2.1 Header

Business rules

• Balance, exposure and bonus balance refresh immediately after every bet, settlement, deposit or withdrawal.
• Header remains sticky across all inner pages.
• Guest / not-logged-in header shows only navigation, no wallet block.

2.2 Promotional Banners & Sports Events

• Two full-width promotional banners side by side (e.g. "Live Casino — Real Action, Real Rewards" and "Bet Big, Win Bigger"), each with a CTA button.
• "Sports Events" row shows up to 3 featured matches as cards with sport tag, tournament name, match name, start time / LIVE tag, and 3 market shortcuts (1 / X / 2) with back-lay pill pairs.
• Below that, a large secondary promotional banner ("Cricket Battle").
• Banner and match card click-through is configured from the Admin Panel.

A persistent left sidebar lists every sport and every account/wallet destination. It collapses to icons on narrower breakpoints and scrolls independently of the main content.

Structure

• Active sport / page is highlighted in the sidebar.
• Sidebar scrolls independently; a "Follow on Telegram" button is pinned to the bottom at all times.
• Sidebar contents are identical for demo and registered users, except account items are hidden or disabled for demo.

The In-Play page lists every sport currently live, with a sport filter row and a search box. Selecting a sport filter (e.g. Cricket) narrows the list to only that sport's live matches.

• Matches with an active Bookmaker or Fancy market show a "BM" / "F" badge next to the event name.
• Odds and volumes update in real time without a page reload.
• Suspended markets show a lock icon in place of the price and are not clickable.

Each sport (Cricket, Football, Tennis, Kabaddi, Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, Darts, Futsal, Table Tennis, Binary, Politics, Ice Hockey, MMA, Rugby, Multi Markets) uses one shared template: a left sidebar of that sport's tournaments/competitions, a header strip naming the sport with 1 / X / 2 column labels, and a full list of upcoming and live matches with odds.

Lists racing venues grouped by country, each with a row of upcoming race post-times. Greyhound Racing uses the identical layout.

• Clicking a post-time chip opens that race's Racing Market page (Module 08).

The inner market page for a selected match shows every available market — Match Odds, Bookmaker, and Fancy (session) markets — plus a live stream slot and the persistent Bet Slip / Open Bets panel.

• Odds are pushed live and update without a page reload; suspended selections show a lock icon and cannot be booked.
• Each market enforces its own Min/Max stake, shown in the market header.
• Tapping a price opens the Bet Slip pre-filled with that selection and odds (Module 09).
• Fancy market rows support a "Book" action per Yes/No cell.

The inner market for a selected race shows the full runner list with Back/Lay prices and depth, alongside the live stream and Bet Slip / Open Bets panel — reusing the same shell as the sports market.

A fixed panel beside every market lets the user stake a tapped selection and review currently matched bets on that market, without leaving the page.

• Odds can move between selection and placement; the platform re-confirms if the price has drifted beyond tolerance.
• Placing a bet immediately reduces available balance and increases exposure in the header.
• Open Bets shows only currently matched, unsettled bets for the open market.

The Casino module surfaces live-dealer tables and slot titles from multiple third-party providers. From the Home Dashboard it appears as curated rows; clicking the "Casino" nav tab opens the full Casino Lobby — every provider and game category in one searchable grid.

• Clicking "Casino" in the header nav always opens the Casino Lobby with the "ALL" provider tab and "ALL" category filter selected by default.
• Provider tabs and category filters both narrow the same games grid and can be combined (e.g. Evolution Gaming + Live Baccarat).
• Game tiles are provider-fed; thumbnails, titles and availability are managed by each provider's integration.
• Balance deducted/credited by the casino provider is reflected instantly in the header wallet.
• Casino bets settle into Casino Bet History (Module 15), separate from sports Bet History.

Lists active promotional campaigns as banner cards; each opens a detail page with the full offer description.

Users fund their wallet manually via UPI or bank transfer, then submit proof of payment for admin approval.

Users save one or more payout accounts (Bank or UPI) and submit a withdrawal request against a saved account.

Shows every sports bet the user has placed, split into Current Bet (unsettled) and Past Bet (settled), with a sport filter.

A parallel history to Module 14, scoped to casino-provider rounds instead of sports markets — same data structure the client confirmed matches the reference platform.

• Default values are 100 / 500 / 1,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 / 500,000.
• Saved values immediately reflect in the Bet Slip's quick-stake chips.

Bonus credits reward signing up, depositing and referring friends. Every bonus is held separately from the real balance until the user clears a turnover requirement, after which it unlocks for withdrawal like any other funds.

Bonus types

Turnover / release rule

Each bonus is released only once its turnover condition is met. A bonus policy uses exactly one of two turnover formulas:

• Bonus turnover — the user must bet a total volume equal to the bonus amount × a configured multiplier.
• Deposit + Bonus turnover — the user must bet a total volume equal to (deposit amount + bonus amount) × a configured multiplier.

Progress is tracked as "completed / required" turnover. The user can keep placing bets — including with real balance — while a bonus is unreleased; the restriction is on withdrawing the bonus amount and its winnings, not on betting.

Business rules

• Bonus balance shows separately from wallet balance in the header wallet summary and in the Bonus Statement.
• Once turnover is completed, the bonus (and any winnings earned from it) merges into the withdrawable balance automatically, and the user can withdraw it.
• A bonus may restrict which odds range, bet type (Back / Lay / All) and sport / casino categories count toward turnover, per the policy configured for that bonus.
• A bonus may release in installments rather than as a single credit; each installment tracks its own turnover progress.
• A bonus can expire before turnover is completed, in which case the unearned portion is forfeited.
• A bonus may be credited automatically on eligibility, or held for manual admin approval, depending on the policy.

Bonus Statement (user-facing)

A dedicated ledger, reached from the sidebar, lists every bonus the user has been awarded: bonus name, category (Joining / Deposit / Referral), amount awarded, turnover completed vs. required, installment progress, awarded / expiry dates, and status (Pending, Claimed, Expired).

• Status per row (or per installment) is Pending until its turnover requirement is met, then Claimed once released to the withdrawable balance; an unmet bonus past its expiry shows Expired.
• A single-installment bonus shows its status directly in the row; a multi-installment bonus shows "View Installments" and each installment carries its own amount, required turnover and status.
• Turnover progress ("Completed / Required") updates as the user places qualifying bets, per the rules in Module 19.

Gives every user a personal referral code and shareable link to invite new players.

• Referral code is generated automatically on account creation and cannot be edited.
• New users signing up via the link or entering the code manually are attributed to the referrer.

Lets a user view and update their personal details, and change their password.
